1. Walking around town: while viewing photos taken immediately after the earthquake, walk around Kadonowaki in Ishinomaki City, the Minamihama area, and Mt. Hiyoriyama (About 1.5-2 hours).
2. Mt. Hiyoriyama guide: guidance to this high overlook where you can look down over Kadonowaki in Ishinomaki city and the Minamihama area (About 20 to 40 minutes).
Explanation of the current plans for reconstruction, volunteer activities, and the state of the most heavily damaged areas in the Ishinomaki City center at the time the disaster struck.
3. Lecture: lectures on disaster volunteer activities done so far, types of support needed in each recovery phase, and current issues in Ishinomaki (about 40 minutes to 1.5 hours.)
