Disaster Preparedness Program: Develop the Ability to Protect Yourself

Contents/ Itinerary for BOSAI Tourism

We offer hands-on BOSAI education programs to acquire the skills required to protect yourself. The program is available for school BOSAI education, hands-on learning camps, PTA events, local children's associations, social education activities, disaster drills, etc.
• Setting up simple tents
• Making sleeping bags
• Preparing survival food (spaghetti, curry and rice, pilaf, oyakodon (chicken and egg on rice), steamed bread, etc.)
• Information exchange game
• Star gazing
• Making disaster prevention goods (lantern, cooking stove, candles, etc.)

What we want to tell through the experiences of BOSAI Tourism Contents

Knowledge of outdoor activities will prove useful in the event of a disaster. Preparing for a disaster will in turn help you to save your own life. Things you experience once, you never forget. This program develops the skills required to think about safety and survival.
