【Workshop】Making easy and delicious emergency food with everyone's ideas.

Contents/ Itinerary for BOSAI Tourism

Take a lecture to learn what kind of meals are desired when disasters strike. Following this, a workshop will be held for participants to make their own unique emergency food using knowledge from their daily-lives. The lecture will run for approximately one hour and about one to two hours for the workshop of this program.

What we want to tell through the experiences of BOSAI Tourism Contents

Think about your own stockpiling through thinking and cooking emergency food for yourself while considering to use stock for everyday meals. We also share cooking knowledge during water stoppages such as meals that do not produce dishes that need to be washed.
