You can learn the know-how of the "Hamaguri-hama project" as one example of revitalization projects in a depopulated region.
Café Hamagurido : There is a lunch and a coffee time menu. Spend time relaxing at the harbor, and enjoy the sea view.
Study tour: 1. Our history and our vision (60 minutes) 2. Q&A (20 minutes) 3. Facility tour (30 minutes)
A curry lunch set can be added to the tour (￥2,000 per person) upon request. However, the lunch set option is only available from a minimum of 5 persons on Thursdays and Fridays only.
Nature experience programs: 1. SUP (summer), 2. Canadian Canoe (spring and fall). * Please check the website.

What we want to tell through the experiences of BOSAI Tourism Contents

After the disaster, we began making efforts towards the realization of a recycle oriented-society where people and nature can coexist in order to create a sustainable harbour from now and into the future.
Due to activities centered around Café Hamagurido, such as marine or forest activities, hunting, fishing and the 6th sector, about 15.000 people visit the small fishing village Hamaguri-hama every year. We want to increase the number of interactions of people, who can become connected to this village, to create a new version of Hamaguri-hama despite the small population.

Minimum capacity

Café Hamagurido: From one person (From Saturday to Monday, Reservation needed for lunch)
Study tour/ visit: From one to ten persons. Maximum reservation for the café: 8 persons. In the case of more people, the reservation for the café has to be split into two time slots.
Nature Experience: 1 SUP (1-4 persons) 2 Canadian Canoe (1-5 persons)
